Tell us about your event and let's see if we're a match

We read every enquiry carefully. If we're the right fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

What to include in your message

The more context you give us, the more useful our first response will be.

When you reach out, it helps to know: the event type (wedding, corporate, private), your approximate date and venue location, a rough headcount, and any dietary considerations you already know about. You don't need to have everything figured out — we're used to starting from incomplete information and helping you get to clarity. If you already have strong ideas about the style of food you want, share those too. If you're completely open and want us to propose a direction, that's equally fine. We'll respond within one to two business days. For urgent enquiries relating to events fewer than four weeks away, please note your timeline in the subject line so we can prioritize.

Questions we hear often

If yours isn't here, just ask.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings, we recommend reaching out at least six months before your date — twelve months for peak summer and early autumn weekends. Corporate and private events can often be accommodated with four to six weeks of lead time depending on size. Groups over fifty with less than three weeks' notice are beyond what we can reliably execute at our standard.

Do you travel outside Québec City?

Yes, within 120 kilometres of Québec City — which covers Charlevoix, Chaudière-Appalaches, and much of the Capitale-Nationale region. Events beyond that range require a confirmed site visit in advance and may carry additional travel and logistics costs. We'll discuss this openly in the proposal stage.

Can you handle a vegetarian or vegan menu entirely?

Absolutely. A fully plant-based menu is a design constraint we enjoy working within, not a compromise. Quebec's seasons give us excellent material: wild mushrooms, foraged greens, heritage legumes, fermented dairy and non-dairy options. Our vegetarian and vegan menus are full menus — not trimmed omnivore menus with the meat removed.

What does the tasting process involve?

For weddings and executive dinners, a private tasting is included in the contract. We prepare four to seven courses from the proposed menu in our kitchen or at your venue, and you come with whoever needs to approve the food. We take notes, discuss changes, and revise. For other event types, tastings are available at a per-person cost that applies toward your booking if you proceed.

Do you provide bar service or just food?

We focus on food. We can recommend trusted bartending and beverage partners in the Quebec region and coordinate timing between them and our kitchen team, but we don't hold a liquor licence or provide bar staff directly. Some clients bring their own beverage team; others use our recommendations.
